Rob Nagtegaal has made his passion his work. He is a personal trainer with more than 5,000 hours of experience under his belt. Rob started working as a trainer in 2002, after he completed the CIOS training in Overveen. Throughout his career as a trainer, Rob has done all kinds of sport and nutrition related courses to continue to develop, and to be able to help his clients get the best out of themselves.
